When I power it on, I get 6 beeps and the line spacing lights 1 2 and 3 flash. The carriage does not move but the ribbon is briefly raised before the beeps

I replaced the batteries and checked with a multi-meter to make sure I was getting power from the batteries(one of the batteries had leaked). I tested the 2 fuses I could find. I also re-seated the typeset wheel. I removed the keyboard and I got a different diagnostic code. However, I don't recall the codes though. Once I reconnected the keyboard I got the original 6 beeps and light 1, 2 and 3.

Any help would be appreciated.
